ACTIVITY – A

CREATING DISTRIBUTORS FOR MIIGO AND SUPPORTING THEM TO GENERATE BUSINESS
GIFTS

Once you develop a distributor / Channel Partner for MIIGO, you will be eligible for

  • 5% Commission on the 1st order and
  • onwards 2% Commission on all future orders from the same distributor till the time, you are working actively with MIIGO.

EXAMPLE: Assume, in 1st year - you have generated 20 Distributors (Stage -II with demo instruments order), which is aggregating a business volume of INR 1CR / USD 125,000.

  • So, your commission is 5% amounting to INR 5L / USD 6,250 PER YEAR

Further, when the dealers are placing further PO for the continuation of the business, with an average of INR-20L / USD 25,000 per year to start with, this is becoming a total of INR 4 CR / USD 5,00,000

  • So, Your commission comes out 2%, amounting INR 8L / USD 10,000.

NOTE - Detailed training will be given to the candidate for DISTRIBUTOR / CHANNEL PARTNER generation.

GENERATING DIRECT CUSTOMERS FOR MIIGO.

Your work will be creating awareness of our products to all the end users and getting orders from them. Down the line handing over the same customer to CHANNEL PARTNERS.

10% Commission on Direct Order

  • You will be eligible for a10% commissionon direct orders from END USERS / KEY ACCOUNTS.

GENERATING DIRECT OEM FOR MIIGO.

Your work will be creating awareness of our products to OEM and convert them into our OEM customers.

GIFTS

5% commission on direct orders from OEM

  • You will be eligible for a 5% commission on direct orders from OEM – 1st order.
  • 2% commission for all consecutive orders till you are working actively with MIIGO.

NOTE- OEM business is always a direct business for MIIGO and the same shall not be handed over to dealers/channel partners.

GENERATING BUSINESS FOR VARIOUS ASSOCIATED BRANDS

MIIGO is tied up with multiple MNC brands and promotes its products. This business is to support various types of requirements from the same customers who are buying MIIGO products or a prospect, You can see the brand details on our website as well in our Company Profile.

You will be eligible for a 2% commission on all direct orders till the time you are actively working with MIIGO.

FIXED PAY AS REMUNERATION

  • We believe in encouraging you when you deliver results. The amount of FIXED pay is in your hand, i.e., performance.

    Quarter by Quarter it will automatically increase when you perform better. So, unlike a standard job, you get increments only after a year, where-in at MIIGO in the same year you can grow 3 times from 90k to 2.5L / USD 1125 to 3,125

    Fixed pay will be paid in every successful quarter based on the business agreement with you and MIIGO.

    • INR 90K / USD 1,125 quarterly FIXED PAY
    • INR 1.5L / USD 1,875 quarterly FIXED PAY
    • INR 2.5L / USD 3,125 quarterly FIXED PAY

Nevertheless, working with MIIGO as a Part-time associate not only fetch good financial benefits but it offers 2 types of future option.

DIRECT EMPLOYMENT: Whenever there is opening at MIIGO will be announced, you may apply for the position for permanent employment. For example, we have currently an opening at Hyderabad, India.

BECOMING A BUSINESS PARTNER WITH MIIGO: Once you see that you have generated a good customer base for MIIGO products, You may plan to start your business and become a Channel Partner for MIIGO with a ready customer base made by you.
