Point No. 5: UP TO 10 POINTS DRIFT ADJUSTMENT & CALIBRATION

Every standard manufacturer defines yearly applicable drift in their catalogue and again based on uses as well as extremity of monitoring conditions adds up additional drift into the unit. That is the reason, every time during audit/instruments verification/calibration time, it is commonly observed that working units are showing drift beyond the accuracy limit. Standard practice is to discard a unit once drift is beyond specified accuracy specification in the catalogue. BUT WITH MIIGO

Point No. 6: CALIBRATION REMINDER OPTION

This special feature allows users to configure the next calibration due date reminder. Up to 90 days' reminder can be set. "CAL" alarm will be displayed in place of Date & Time.

Thanks to its "REMINDER" option. MIIGO won't
allow you to forget the calibration due date.

It is been observed that without proper calibration, many times certificates are
generated.

Well MIIGO helps you to encrypt the date and time and last drift adjustment
record.

Now giving a CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE needs a real calibration to be done.

Point No. 8: BATTERY SAVING OPTION

If the unit is not in an area for regular monitoring, the user may opt for automatic display off after a certain time (selectable from 30 sec onwards). Once required, just press the upper key for once to see the instrument display. This saves reasonable battery life.

Point No. 14: A UNIQUE SPECIAL ALARM - JUDGEMENT TIME ALARM

Judgment time helps the user to have the right alarm instead of multiple false alarms. Example: Temperature sensor is inserted in a Freezer and the Hi-Low limit is set as 2 to 8 °C. Now as many times the freezer door is opened either to put in or take out a sample, naturally those many times it will make the temperature rise. Which will immediately initiate an alarm. But in this scenario, if we make JUDGEMENT TIME for 2 minutes, after closing the door - Freezer will be back to its normal Temperature and it will not shoot a "FALSE ALARM" FURTHER OPTIONS TO SEE ALARMS OTHER THAN ON THE UNIT:

Wireless hooter can be arranged to have a loud buzzer against each room.
GSM-GPRS gateways can be used for getting SMS alarms over mobile without any software.
BLUE-DOCK multi-utility device can be used for data downloading, observing the current value and alarm.
BLUE-TERM view terminal can be used for alarms and current reading.

This way users can save huge amounts spends on unnecessary prints. As a report backup - The graph report and alarm summary are there and a soft copy of the details tabular report with 10 sec will be there to use during the Audit.
