Point No. 14: A UNIQUE SPECIAL ALARM - JUDGEMENT TIME ALARM
Judgment time helps the user to have the right alarm instead of multiple false alarms.
Example: Temperature sensor is inserted in a Freezer and the Hi-Low limit is set as 2 to 8 °C. Now as many times the
freezer door is opened either to put in or take out a sample, naturally those many times it will make the temperature
rise. Which will immediately initiate an alarm. But in this scenario, if we make JUDGEMENT TIME for 2 minutes, after closing the door - Freezer will be back to its normal Temperature and it will not shoot a
"FALSE ALARM"
FURTHER OPTIONS TO SEE ALARMS OTHER THAN ON THE UNIT:
- Wireless hooter can be arranged to have a loud buzzer against each room.
- GSM-GPRS gateways can be used for getting SMS alarms over mobile without any software.
- BLUE-DOCK multi-utility device can be used for data downloading, observing the current value and alarm.
- BLUE-TERM view terminal can be used for alarms and current reading.
Point No. 15: MEMORY MANAGEMENT
- 60,000 data points for a longer period of logging (30K per channel)
- 15 alarm logs storage on a FIFO basis on display itself. Scrollable by pressing the up key.
- Alarms log inside memory is up to the total memory count.
- Very high-speed data logging from 1 sec to 24 hours logging interval.
Point No. 16: PROGRAMMING OF 50 DEVICES IN ONE GO
NO NEED OF ONE BY ONE PROGRAMMING. Users may use BLUE-DOCK multi-utility device or BLUE-WEB PC software for
programming of up to 50 units (in 5 groups) in one go.
Point No. 17: REPORT OF 50 DEVICES IN ONE GO
Users may use BLUE-DESK PC Software, BLUE-NET networkable PC software or BLUE-WEB Cloud-based application to
generate a single report for up to 50 devices.
Point No. 18: MKT REPORT
Users may use any of our MOBILE APPLICATION / PC SOFTWARE / CLOUD APPLICATION to generate MKT Report.
Point No. 19: CLOSE POINT REPORT
Mobile Application/PC Software/Cloud Software provides the option of CLOSE POINT REPORT.
For example, a user has taken a report for a critical application with 10-sec intervals for 2 days which is about 17,280 data point readings.
The purpose of taking such close time intervals is to determine the minor spike during the process. Accordingly, the graph and tabular format will be available including the alarm history.
Now, to save the cost of printing and pages, the user may take every 30 min data in the report which is
close to the 30th min but not every 10 sec. This way users can save huge amounts spends on unnecessary prints.
As a report backup - The graph report and alarm summary are there and a soft copy of the details tabular report with
10 sec will be there to use during the Audit.
Point No. 20: AVERAGE POINT REPORT
Now, to save the cost of printing and pages, the user may take every 30 min data in the report which is
close to the 30th min data (i.e. 10sec x 6 x 30) but not every 10 sec. This way users can save huge amounts spends on unnecessary prints.
As a report backup - The graph report and alarm summary are there and a soft copy of the details tabular report with
10 sec will be there to use during the Audit.
Point No. 21: ADD COMPANY'S LOGO
User may use the logo to appear in every report to make it more professionally applicable.
